Past Ministry Involvement

Assistant Pastor, Malayalam Section of the Assembly of God Church, Calcutta, India. (April 1996 to May 1997)

    During this period of one year I was involved in different Church related activities under the supervision of Rev. K. Sunny, who was then the pastor of the section. I was exposed to different aspects of Pastoral ministry.



Pioneering Ministry, Ramamoorthy Nagar, Bangalore, India. (July 1997 to February, 1998 )

    During my stay and studies at SABC, Bangalore, I pioneered a church in Ramamoorthy Nagar, Bangalore. When I handed the church over to another full time pastor after my graduation, there were 14 believers attending the church regularly.




Present Ministry Involvement

Faculty Member, Buntain Theological College, Calcutta, India [A Theological Institution of the Assembly of God Church, Calcutta, India] - Since April 1998.

  • Responsibilities in the College - Full Time Teacher and Yearbook Editor

  • Subjects Taught: Greek I & II, Pentateuch, Historical Books, Major Prophets, Minor Prophets, Introduction to Bible, Modern Religious and Secular Movements, Biblical Criticism, Bible Geography, Evangelism, Contemporary Issues and Ideologies in India, Pastoral Theology, Indian Christian Theology.

  • Worked as the Alumni Coordinator as well as Sports and games Coordinator of the college for Five years


ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE CHURCH

    Co-Pastor, Saltlake Satellite

    Assistant, Adults' Section of the A. G. Church English Section
